How Does Barcode Sales Software Work?
Barcode sales software manages the entire process — from defining a product in the system to selling it — in six steps:
1. Product card: Name, category, unit, and tax rate are recorded. 2. Barcode assignment: The manufacturer barcode (EAN-13 etc.) is assigned or the system generates a barcode automatically. 3. Price assignment: Sales, purchase, and campaign prices are defined by store, period, or customer group.

In Nebim V3, a material card is created for each product; the size-color matrix is standard: all variants are defined under a single card, each with its own barcode (e.g. 4 sizes × 3 colors = 12 barcodes). Supplier barcodes can also be registered in the system so that purchase records are created directly during goods receipt; the company barcode and supplier barcode for the same product can both be active simultaneously.
