Preliminary Cost Analysis and BOM Management

Accurately calculating the cost of a product before starting production is a fundamental prerequisite for profitability. In Nebim V3, detailed bills of materials (BOMs) can be defined for each product, encompassing raw material quantities, labor hours, subcontracting operation costs, and general manufacturing overhead. The BOM structure can be differentiated by size, color, and model variants.

Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

The Nebim V3 MRP module cross-analyzes open customer orders, current stock levels, and product BOMs to automatically calculate how much of each raw material needs to be procured. By incorporating supplier lead times and minimum order quantities, purchase recommendations are generated to prevent both excess inventory and production stoppages.

Purchasing and Supplier Management

With Nebim V3, purchase requests, quotation comparisons, order approval workflows, and supplier performance evaluations are conducted within a centralized structure. ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) support enables advance notification of incoming shipments from suppliers, accelerating warehouse receiving processes.

Production Management

Production Planning and Work Order Management

With Nebim V3, customer orders can be directly converted into work orders; operation sequences, responsible workshops, and estimated completion times can be defined for each work order. The barcode-based production tracking system records the start and end times of each operation.

Subcontracting Coordination

With Nebim V3, the quantities of raw materials and semi-finished goods sent to subcontracting workshops, the progress of subcontracted operations on a work order basis, and the acceptance processes for finished goods received from subcontractors can all be tracked. Subcontracting costs are reflected in the product cost on an operation basis, yielding a realistic cost structure.

Quality Control Processes

With Nebim V3, incoming material quality compliance can be checked during raw material receiving; intermediate inspection points can be defined during the production process; and final quality approval can be issued at the finished goods stage. Quality control results are automatically reflected in supplier performance reports and production efficiency analyses.

Cost and Warehouse Management

Cost Calculation and Accounting Integration

The Nebim V3 cost module aggregates raw material expenses, direct labor costs, subcontracting operation fees, and general manufacturing overhead on a per-product basis to perform actual cost calculations. Calculated manufacturing costs are automatically transferred to the accounting module.

Warehouse and Shipment Management

With multi-warehouse structures, addressed shelf systems, and barcode-based carton and pallet tracking, all stock movements from raw material warehouses to finished goods warehouses can be monitored in real time.
