UTS (Product Tracking System) Integration

Nebim V3 works with full integration with the UTS (Product Tracking System) mandated by the Turkish Ministry of Health, ensuring the traceability of optical products from production to the end consumer. QR code generation, product notification submission, and sales and return notifications are automatically transmitted to the UTS portal. UTS compliance continues uninterrupted in both wholesale and retail sales processes.

Medula e-Prescription Integration

The optical module, integrated with the SGK Medula system, performs e-Prescription querying, patient provision control, and prescription approval operations directly through Nebim V3. The patient co-payment amount is automatically calculated for SGK-covered sales. Prescription sales invoices are transmitted to SGK electronically and payment tracking is maintained.

Prescription Tracking and Prescription Lens Order Management

Customer prescriptions are recorded in the system, providing instant access to historical prescription data. Prescription lens orders are created using SPH, CYL, AX, ADD, and PD parameters and transmitted to the laboratory. Order status (being prepared, in transit, delivered) is tracked in real time. The process is automated through electronic order integration with lens suppliers.

Lens and Frame Stock Management

Detailed stock card definitions are created with optical products' unique attribute structures (brand, model, colour, power, material, lens type). Frame and sunglass collections are managed by season and brand. Ready-stock lenses and custom-order lenses are tracked in separate categories. Critical stock level alerts and automatic reorder suggestions are generated.

Laboratory Integration

Electronic data exchange is enabled with lens cutting and assembly laboratories.
